Job Title: Client Service & Operations Manager Location : Harrogate Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Are you a proactive, customer focused individual eager to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic company? We are working with an innovative and fast growing business that specialises in pre-planned maintenance, 24/7 reactive emergency services and fit out projects. With a close knit working culture, they are seeking a Client Service & Operations Manager to lead the in-house team, manage client requests and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. Key responsibilities of Client Service & Operations Manager: · Foster strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and contract performance. · Oversee and contribute to ongoing client requests including coordinating engineers and contractors. · Lead and support in-house team to deliver client requests whilst maintaining high service levels. · Analyse internal performance and lead implement improvement initiatives. · Drive continuous improvement of KPIs to align with overall company objectives. · Promote effective training and optimise operational systems to empower teams and achieve business goals. Experience as Client Service & Operations Manager required: · Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. · Proven experience within facilities management or a similar industry is preferred. · Proactive, self starting attitude with the ability to drive accountability and lead transformation. · Flexibility to support occasional weekend operations.
