Job Description You will support the FGFS Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating our email and content calendar and the build of emails, app notifications, and automated campaigns. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build impactful CRM campaigns. You will produce multi-channel marketing content including in‑store collateral and will contribute to test‑and‑learn optimisation all whilst ensuring activity is compliant. The position includes supporting weekly and monthly reporting and maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication across all outputs. You will be organised, bring project management skills, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and will be eager to learn. Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the FGFS Senior Marketing Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include: Collaborating with marketing team to manage the email and content calendar ensuring alignment with wider teams to support FGFS business objectives Responsible for the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of email and app notifications. Support with the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of automated life cycle campaigns Contribute to ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications Support with weekly and monthly reports focusing on CRM performance Support with POS and in store promotional materials, and other FGFS marketing collateral across all channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a seamless integration of Frasers Plus messaging, ensuring it aligns with our regulated financial promotions framework. Support with content creation and proofing across all FGFS marketing outputs Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
