Offer description

I am working with a client in Leeds to recruit a Reception / Administrator to provide temporary cover for a few months. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys being a weing, visible presence in an office setting.You’ll be responsible for a mix of reception and straightforward administrative duties, including:
1. Weing visitors and acting as a friendly first point of contact
2. Signposting students, staff, and visitors to the appropriate departments
3. General reception cover (this is not a phone‑based role)
4. Supporting with basic admin tasks
5. Office ordering and processing receipts
6. Providing flexible support to the wider team as needed
Working hours
7. 9:00am–5:00pm is ideal and highly preferable.
8. 9:00am–3:00pm may be considered for the right candidate.
About you
9. Previous experience in reception or administration
10. Confidentmunicating with a wide range of people and stakeholders
11. Organised, reliable, and happy to support with day-to-day tasks
