About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (preferably based in Milton Keynes, UK, but we will consider qualified candidates from elsewhere in the UK) to manage EMS business in the UK & Ireland.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead sales and business development activities, ensuring operational goals are met.
2. Monitor partner performance and follow up on projects to meet targets.
3. Identify business opportunities with contractors, government bodies, key accounts, clients, and end-users.
4. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness, communication, and product distribution.
5. Manage a team of intermediate or experienced Sales Business Development professionals.
6. Conduct regular partner visits with senior management to strengthen relationships and evaluate performance.
7. Improve processes and standards to enhance the sales team’s performance.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in building/construction or security industries. Fire security experience is a plus.
2. People management experience.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; a university degree is advantageous.
4. Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong organizational and reporting skills.
6. Practical knowledge of leading, managing, and improving processes, projects, and tactics.
7. Problem-solving skills, persistence, and goal orientation.
