About the Role:
Act as the strategic lead contact for all commercial marketing activity, with overall responsibility for all marketing channels.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for, but not limited to :
* Development of data and insight driven marketing plans for all commercial brands, ensuring effective use of marketing budgets to drive business results
* Leadership, management, coaching and development of three direct reports
* Responsible for the brand management of our commercial heating brands
* Overseeing and guiding marketing plans and activities
* Active member of the commercial executive team, working with the commercial executive team to achieve targets
* Building relationships with, and influencing key senior stakeholders across the business to gain buy in for marketing strategies
* Management of relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring activity is delivered to the right quality
* Forecasting and managing the commercial marketing budget
* Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity
About you:
* Track record of success in a senior marketing role
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
* Commercial mindset
* An excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with, alongside influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels
* People management and experience of coaching and developing a team
* Project management skills, with the ability to drive and manage projects to meet agreed targets
* Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and insight and use it to inform ongoing marketing strategy and plans
* Extremely organised, with an excellent eye for detail
* Preferably has a professional marketing qualification e.g. CIM
