This role suits someone confident handling Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints and tenant welfare queries. You'll manage low-level issues professionally, escalate complex cases when needed, and help maintain a positive tenant experience. Key Responsibilities Handle tenant welfare and complaint enquiries. Manage and resolve Stage 1 & 2 complaints effectively. Check tenancy deeds and maintain accurate case records. Escalate higher-level issues to senior management. Provide clear, empathetic communication and follow-ups. About You Experience in housing, welfare, or complaint handling roles. Confident, calm, and professional communicator.
