Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location:Cleveleys, Lancashire
Job Type:Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
* Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Develop and deliver tailored interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
* Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
