Procurement Manager: 6 - 12 months contract

Role Overview:
We're recruiting a Procurement Manager to support a major infrastructure project. You'll manage end to end procurement for a defined section of works, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award of subcontract packages.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to ensure ethical, value driven procurement decisions. The role also includes preparing clear award recommendations and monitoring market capacity throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tendering and procurement for allocated work packages.
* Prepare subcontract documentation and award recommendations.
* Lead supplier engagement and negotiations.
* Ensure value based procurement and ethical standards.
* Present procurement strategies to internal stakeholders.
* Monitor supply chain capacity and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong written skills able to draft formal subcontract docs.
2. Experience with NEC contracts.
3. Understanding of supply chain processes and commercial methods.
