Support Coordinator (Supported Accommodation)
LOCATION: Bath
SALARY: £13.21 per hour PAYE + £1.50 per hour holiday Pay
DURATION: Temp 2 months +
HOURS: Part-time 22.5hrs per week (flexible days and potential for more shifts)
Role Overview:
You’ll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. One moment you’re helping someone take a big step towards their goals, the next you’re supporting them through life’s everyday ups and downs.
You’ll be service based, where you’ll be supporting around ten of our customers with their housing and support.
*Note that this role requires an enhanced DBS on the update service.
What you’ll do:
Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us:

Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
Ideally experience working with customers with mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance use The practical bits:
We generally work Monday to Friday, we’re also flexible to support customers who are studying or working
We can be flexible to agree your working pattern with you
You’ll primarily work from our service in central Bath which is handy for town in your lunch break! There is no parking on site however we are walking distance from all local amenities.
