Lead Product Manager - Fully Remote
Plexus has partnered with a leading institutional grade stablecoin infrastructure platform building the next generation of financial products powered by digital assets and modern payment rails. The business works with financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise customers to deliver innovative treasury, yield, and money movement solutions. They are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the development of core platform products and play a key role in shaping the company's product strategy as it scales globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution across yield, lending, and stablecoin infrastructure products.
- Drive products from concept through launch, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, and technical constraints.
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to define and deliver roadmap priorities.
- Partner directly with institutional customers to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging market opportunities.
- Translate complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into intuitive product experiences and APIs.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market plans for new launches and feature enhancements.
- Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Support ecosystem partnerships and integrations across stablecoin issuers, fintechs, and financial institutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience within fintech, payments, lending, treasury, or crypto infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ownership of products from idea through launch and scale.
- Strong track record operating in high-growth startup environments with significant autonomy.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products or APIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
