Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency, is currently seeking a Valuer to join their team in the Nuneaton area.

Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Every other Saturday

Requirements to be considered:
* Extensive experience in property sales
* Motivated and driven
* Good knowledge of the local area
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A full and clean UK driving license
Key responsibilities:
* Provide accurate market valuations for potential sellers' properties
* Act as a brand ambassador within your designated territory
* Engage with and support customers throughout their property journey
* Build strong relationships as the customer's key point of contact during the sales process
* This role is similar to self-employment but under full employment
