Forklift Truck Driver / Yard Operative
Salary: Up to £28,000 + overtime
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Our client is looking for a Forklift Truck Driver / Yard Operative to join their busy operations team. This role involves supporting daily yard activities, preparing equipment for dispatch, and loading/unloading vehicles using a forklift.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be required.
Key Duties:
1. Attend daily toolbox talks at 7:30am
2. Maintain a clean and safe yard environment
3. Pick equipment using load lists
4. Load and unload vehicles using counterbalance forklifts and telehandlers
