What We’re Looking For
We want to connect with Supply Chain Analysts who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:
* University degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, life sciences, or a related field.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and supply chain systems (e.g., Veeva, MRP tools).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
* Understanding of supply chain terminology and practices, especially in clinical or GMP environments.
* Self-motivated with good time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience in managing inventory, documentation, or supporting clinical studies is a plus.
What You Might Be Doing
As a Supply Chain Analyst at GSK, you could get involved with:
* Supporting pre-production and supply chain activities to ensuring timely and accurate delivering of materials.
* Monitoring and managing temperature excursions and inventory movements across the supply network.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including packaging, logistics, clinical interface, and quality assurance.
* Maintaining and updating supply chain documentation and systems to ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Participating in audits and monitoring activities to upholding quality and regulatory standards.
* Assisting in demand planning and inventory control to ensuring optimal stock levels across locations.
* Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhancing supply chain efficiency.
* Ensuring right-first-time completing of documentation and approvals within supply systems.
* Providing support for study leads and planners in managing clinical trial material flows.
