Job Summary:
We seek friendly, motivated individuals to join our team. Training is provided for all positions, regardless of experience. This morning position offers a consistent routine, with hours from 8 AM to 2 PM, 5-6 days per week. Additional hours and pay increases are available with efficiency and taking on additional roles, such as order taking and cooking.
The prep manager oversees food preparation to ensure quality and consistency, including tasks like making cole slaw, batter, marinating chicken, rotating products, cleaning, inventory management, and food safety protocols. Physical ability to lift over fifty pounds is required.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing food preparation (e.g., making cole slaw, batter, marinating chicken, rotating products, cleaning, cutting potatoes and cabbage)
* Managing dishes and cleanup
* Ordering inventory and ensuring FIFO rotation
* Implementing food safety protocols, with Serve Safe certification available for pay increase
* Creating daily task lists and communicating with management
Qualifications:
* Must be over 18 years old
* Must be legally able to work in the United States
* Reliable transportation to and from work
