The purpose of this role is to support the organisation by delivering customer networks, platforms and systems in support of ourselves and special customers. This job role can be based in Bournemouth, Exeter, Southampton or Plymouth, onsite (5 days office based). Monday‑Friday 37.5 hours. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
What you’ll be doing
* Accountable: Establishes technical objectives and delegates responsibilities.
* Leadership: Influences a significant part of own organisation and influences customers/suppliers and industry at a senior management level (e.g. around resourcing of delivery teams and technical direction of work).
* Leadership: Directs work resourcing, owns site issues and resolution of problems.
* Leadership: Performs technical coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of Transmission Network and management platforms.
* Extensive Field Network installation, integration, and testing experience.
* Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication (including strong technical writing skills), as well as presentation, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.
