What you’ll be doing Showing people around properties Helping clients make offers, and negotiating deals that work for everyone Keeping in touch with tenants & landlords so they’re never left in the dark Spotting new opportunities and helping the branch grow Working with a great team to hit targets and celebrate wins Generate new business & cultivate connections Creating & progressing the deals through to completion. What we’re looking for A confident communicator who enjoys chatting with people Sales or customer service experience (estate agency background = bonus) Someone who stays calm when things get busy A team player who’s also happy working independently A full driving licence and your own vehicle (showing homes waits for no one) Someone with drive, energy & a can do attitude.
