Finance Transformation Manager - Data & Systems | Global Luxury Fashion Brand | £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus | Central London | Permanent
A Finance Transformation Manager – Data & Systems is required to join one of the world’s most prestigious luxury fashion brand at their London headquarters. This is a newly created, permanent opportunity within the global Record-to-Report (R2R) team, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, consistent finance data governance and control across the organisation.
Reporting into the Head of R2R, this role offers excellent visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence finance systems, master data, and global process governance. It’s a unique opportunity for a qualified accountant to shape how global finance data is defined, maintained, and integrated across markets.
Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain global financial data, including the Reporting and Standardised Charts of Account
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards across all finance systems
* Define and enforce global data governance policies and processes
* Act as the key liaison between global, regional, and local finance teams to ensure alignment across data structures
* Support ongoing transformation projects by ensuring accurate and consistent master data integration
* Develop and maintain data catalogues, workflows, and posting profiles to increase accuracy and reporting consistency
* Monitor compliance, provide training, and act as the primary contact for queries and updates
Skill Set Required:
* ACA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical accounting knowledge
* Hands-on experience managing global chart of accounts and financial master data
* Strong understanding of Microsoft D365 and its financial architecture
* Project management capabilities with a track record of supporting finance transformation
* Proven stakeholder management skills in a complex, global organisation
* Confident communicator, capable of training and engaging finance and non-finance teams
* Experience working with international teams and multiple systems
* French or other language skills a plus
