Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Nottingham.
About the role
As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include handling requests promptly, supporting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.
You will also ensure the parts stock room is well maintained and manage stock levels by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.
Our Parts Advisors work flexible shifts, often including weekends, to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
You should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles both face-to-face and over the phone.
We seek someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, capable of advising customers on our products and services.
