Are you an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives and ensuring smooth office operations? We’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a growing organisation in Cardiff.
The Role This is a varied position where you’ll combine high-level executive support with day-to-day office management. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a key role in keeping the CEO and senior team one step ahead.
As PA you will:
Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team
Proactively manage complex diaries, emails and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and board papers
Arrange and support meetings, including minute-taking when required
As Office Manager you will:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office at The Maltings
Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
Ensure health & safety compliance
Support onboarding of new staff and coordinate HR/admin tasks
Organise company meetings, events and staff activities

Salary approx. £35,000 per annum
28 days annual leave inluding bank holidays
37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Based in modern Cardiff offices with ample on-site parking or a shuttle bus from Cardiff Central
Potential for 4 days in the office / 1 day from home (flexible working)

About You We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experienced supporting at Executive/CEO/Director level
Confident managing multiple priorities with discretion
Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A natural communicator, able to build relationships across all levels
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
