The role We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator within the Construction UK Regions business unit, working initially at the Manchester Town Hall Project Office to provide administrative support to the Lendlease team. What you will do Taking direction from, and working with the Office Manager, to support the Lendlease project team and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Project office Supporting the Office Manager on maintenance and housekeeping within the Project Office, assisting with reporting faults to our suppliers, ensuring they are resolved Responsible for and leading on Meeting Room management ensuring tidiness, checking equipment is in place and availability of meeting rooms Organising project events through calendar invitations and PowerPoint slides including for team meetings Liaising with and providing support to our works package contractors re: Msite (access to the project), facilities, printer issues etc Responsible for the Visitor meeting schedule, advising the security team to ensure visitors are greeted and dealt with efficiently at the project reception Working with the security team to ensure appropriate levels and quality of Personal Protective Equipment for project visitors and the Lendlease team, ensuring that the PPE room and equipment is tidy and organised.
