We are recruiting for our client with their UK head office based in Manchester for a new business Sales & Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Sales & Account Manager who has experience within the NHS and large National accounts.
THE ROLE
* To work closely with the NHS account Sales lead to identify & generate new business and professionally increase sales with existing organisations in this sector or broadly similar (Care).
* You will be accountable for 2026 personal retention and growth target within a designated set of accounts /sectors and within UK.
* Able to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
* Be Comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture existing customer relationships.
* Identify growth opportunities using GAP analysis via phone / mail / social media activity
* Achieve assigned organisational objectives for UK&I Sales team
* Provides periodic sales team support and processes with larger key clients
* Teams meeting with customers to explore additional opportunities
* To cross sell additional products as per the client’s requirement.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven previous experience in Sales & retention/growth within the NHS and/or Large organisations.
* Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
* Extensive communication skills; both verbal & written.
* Extremely organised.
* Able to attend occasional Sales visits.
* Excellent PC skills and familiar with Sales Processes.
* A team player - able to collaborate with others.
* Able & happy to work on site 5 days per week. (potential hybrid option after prob period)
