Average 44 hours per week | 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with a 45-minute lunch), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm | £28,750 p.a + OTE Bonus (circa £4,000 p.a*) | Overtime paid at Time + basic rate

Due to continued business growth and success, our client is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Aftersales Advisor to join our busy multi-franchised aftersales department.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Appropriately presented and professional appearance
* Strong working knowledge of Windows, spreadsheets, and general computer systems
* Experience in a similar role with a proven customer service background, and ability to work well in a team
* Basic understanding of vehicle aftersales, repairs, and maintenance
* Well-organized with strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* Confident in handling customer inquiries and managing bookings
* Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues
* Motivated to meet targets and support departmental performance goals
* Open to training and development opportunities; previous franchise dealership experience is desirable but not essential
What will your role look like?
* Meeting and greeting customers, answering all aftersales queries, and booking service and repair work
* Working closely with a team of professionals to control workflow through the workshop and showrooms
* Maximizing utilization, productivity, and efficiency KPIs of the aftersales department while maintaining high standards of customer care, working within specific targets and budget guidelines
