Monday-Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm or 8.00am 5.00pm, Friday 2.00pm/2.30pm finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well- established, highly successful company based in Telford on a temporary to permanent basis. This position is part of a team of five and reports directly to the Sales Office Manager. The main purpose of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company expectations and supporting the day-to-day running of the Sales office.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
Ensure customer satisfaction by processing sales orders correctly and efficiently
Update and maintain company systems
Provide information accurately to customers and other departments
Deal with and resolve any customer queries
Liaise with other departments to fulfil customer orders and meet deadlines
Liaise with warehouse, quality and carrier companies to arrange deliveries and collection of goods
Raise credit/returns notes
Liaise with carrier companies regarding pricing
Obtain proof of deliveries for customers
Process payments
Assist in all areas of the companys administration
Understand and pass on information relating to customer enquiries
Skills and Experience
