Chef de Partie – Luxury Private Members' Club, Central London
Salary & package: £32,000 basic + £4,500 Christmas fund (paid January) + 10% non-contributory pension + 14 pays per year
Hours: 40-hour week with paid overtime
Shift Pattern (business-led rota):
2 × 10-hour shifts: 09:00–21:00
3 × 6.5-hour shifts from:
Early: 08:30–15:00
Mid: 10:00–16:30
Late: 15:00–21:30
About the role:

Candidate profile:
Proven experience as Chef de Partie in luxury/private club or high-end hospitality setting (e.g. fine dining, 5? context)
Excellent food hygiene knowledge and ability to manage your section to consistent quality
Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible with shift patterns
