Harvey Water Softeners is a leading provider of high-quality water softeners, salts, and filters, dedicated to enhancing the water quality for households. We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Customer Experience Team.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers; provide information and guidance about our products and services
* Engage with customers, build rapport, and maintain positive relationships throughout their interactions
* Troubleshoot to establish the root cause of technical issues and provide solutions at first point of contact
* Manage customer complaints in line with company policy and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Hours, location and shift pattern
Hours: 40 h per week between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on a rota basis. Days: Monday to Saturday, five days in six; if you work a Saturday you will receive a day off in lieu. This is an office-based role.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not mandatory
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
Systems
* Use our CRM system (Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and to schedule engineer appointments
* Ensure customer records are updated and maintained accurately
Skills and attributes
* Attention to detail; ability to manage high call volumes and allocate time and resources efficiently
* Proactivity to identify upselling opportunities and to deliver high customer satisfaction scores
* Problem ownership with a solutions-oriented approach to customer concerns
