* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry (Policy, Claims, Regulatory, or Reinsurance data).
* Strong understanding of insurance operations, including London Market processes and data flows.
* Proven experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, or Data Quality initiatives.
* Hands-on experience with data profiling, requirements gathering, and business process documentation.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
