Private Client Lawyer
* Annual Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
* Location: Midsomer Norton or Keynsham
* Job Type: Full-time
* Our client is seeking two Private Client Lawyers to join their dynamic teams in either Midsomer Norton or Keynsham. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ post-qualification experience in Private Client work, including advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate administration. Experience with Trusts would be advantageous but is not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide comprehensive legal advice in all areas of Private Client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate administration, and potentially Trusts.
* Manage and develop your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while also contributing to the growth of the department.
* Engage in marketing and business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing ones.
* Ensure all client work is completed with accuracy and to the highest standard, providing exceptional client service throughout.
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve departmental efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
* Strong knowledge of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate administration, and ideally Trusts.
* Excellent client service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.
* Enthusiastic and proactive, with a keen interest in marketing and business development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
