Manage the event planning for all guests, including venue owner partners, sponsors, and box holders, prioritising the guest experience Ensure supplier list rates and privileges are accurate Diary management for events, ensuring accurate information and successful planning of operation of events, collaborating with relevant heads of department Manage the production and distribution of the weekly function sheets, and lead weekly briefing meeting with internal teams and key stakeholders Ensure company accounting policies are adhered to and the operation is in accordance with current practice of health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards 4 years of relevant event planning experience, particularly within a similar environment Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality IT literate including Microsoft Office 48 Hours Since its opening in 2007, Delaware North have been the proud hospitality provider at the iconic Wembley Stadium, home to England’s National Football Teams.
