Description
* Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals and property investments
* Working on development and corporate occupier work
* Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
* Liaising with clients across SME, corporate and third‑sector sectors
* Working closely with partners to deliver high‑quality legal advice
* Ensuring excellent client communication throughout matters
* Contributing to the growth of the commercial property team
Profile
* A solicitor with 1 years PQE plus in commercial property law
* Comfortable handling a varied property caseload
* Able to draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
* Commercially minded and client‑focused
* A strong communicator with good organisational skills
