We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager/Accounts Supervisor for a great friendly company. Company are well established and roles offers a busy but varied working day. Hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday office based.
The Assistant Finance Manager Accounts Supervisor will have the following:
Level 2 AAT qualification or similar or above
Must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Experience in Sage Accounts
Sales and Purchase ledger.
Credit control
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll Experience- preferably Iris software
VAT Returns
CIS Returns
Monthly Accounts
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Administrative duties
This is a full time role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
