We are seeking a Hospitality Co-ordinator, this role will be responsible for providing excellent client service in Birmingham to a glossy professional service firm with panoramic views, offering up to 26k a year!Main Responsibilities: •Ensure that the level of cleanliness is kept at a high standard throughout client suites, client-facing areas and kitchens. •Prepare and clear rooms accordingly to allow for a quick turnaround. •Upon arrival greet clients during events, assisting with registration and the organisation of the cloakroom. •Ensure all crockery is dishwasher ready. •Regularly check the stock for expiry dates and rotation, including placing orders for meetings and general. •Routinely conduct visual inspections of the clients’ areas, and tidy where necessary. •Carry out briefings with temporary members of staff to ensure that they are familiar with their duties. Skills & Qualifications •Delivery of high-quality customer service •Positive and driven individual who holds a proactive attitude •Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on high levels of detail. •Both professional and approachable, with the ability to engage in differing social settings. •Work collaboratively within a team, contributing to all aspects of the position. •It is essential to have previous experience working in a hospitality role, within a five star hospitality brand or equivalent.
