Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email, delivering outstanding customer service
* Follow structured sales processes to maximise conversion from enquiry to order
* Proactively follow up quotations and identify opportunities to secure business
* Make outbound calls to gather feedback and re-engage dormant opportunities
* Prepare quotations, hire agreements, and contracts aligned to customer requirements
* Source equipment via approved suppliers while maintaining margins and profitability
* Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment and transport availability
* Maintain clear communication across internal teams to deliver a “right first time” service
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
