Job Description
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be:
3. Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function
4. Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year
5. Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
6. Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more
7. Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk
The Successful Applicant
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
9. Experienced in conveyancing law
10. Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
11. Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
12. Interested in building and shaping a legal function
