Job Description
A well-regarded regional law firm, with whom I have worked for over 7 years, is recruiting for a New Build Conveyancer at their Sutton Coldfield office.
The firm has an expanding, specialist property law department that provides high-quality legal services to a client base including small to medium-sized businesses and high street clients.
The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team managing a caseload of new build property transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include handling sale contract issues, replying to enquiries, approving purchase contracts, and raising and checking enquiries and searches.
