Due to the expansion of The Luxury & High End Skincare House of Swiss Perfection we are looking for exceptional consultants & a Lead Consultant who are passionate about luxury skincare, and providing exceptional customer experience.

Lead Skincare Consultant
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
· Lead and motivate the small team of the Luxury Skincare consultants
· Manage staff rotas
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service from yourself and the team
· Manage store operations, including inventory, informing relevant head office personnel of any issues.
· Ensure visual merchandising is in line with company and brand requirements
· Develop and implement sales strategies with your Flagship Store Manager and marketing team to meet targets
· Hold weekly team meetings to update on business performance
· Ensure the team are providing outstanding customer service and ensuring Swiss Perfections’ Service of Excellence is maintained to build a loyal customer base
· Inspire, encourage and lead by example the team to achieve sales targets
· To achieve sales by using Swiss Perfection’s Selling and Training guidelines.
· Listen and identify customer needs
· Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
· Ensure the counter is fully stocked and that all products are displayed and stored in line with visual merchandising guidelines
· Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs that have been set by your Flagship Soter Manager or the wider company, feedback to head office as required
· Suggest and implement in store events/activities for driving sales, monitor performance and share feedback with head office
· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and exceptional selling skills
· Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately
· Develop a good relationship with store management and all sales
staff, and use contacts to maximise opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
· 5 years Retail & 2 years Leadership experience required, within the Beauty Industry
· Though not essential, but preferable NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification
Skincare Consultant
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and exceptional selling skills
· Achieve and exceed Sales Targets set
· Develop a good relationship with store management and all sales
staff, and use contacts to maximise opportunities.
· 2 years retail experience required, preferably within the High End skincare beauty/luxury industry
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service from yourself and also working with your team family
· Ensure visual merchandising is in line with company and brand requirements
· Attend weekly team meetings to update on business performance
· Ensure to provide outstanding customer service and ensuring the Luxury Swiss Perfections’ Service of Excellence is maintained to build a loyal customer base
· To achieve sales by using Swiss Perfection’s Selling and Training guidelines.
