Senior Digital Account Executive (Paid Search) role focusing on end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, delivering against client objectives and providing actionable insights from campaign performance data.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Digital Account Executive (Paid Search) you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring delivery against client objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively manage day-to-day communication with clients, including sharing updates and answering ad hoc queries.
* Build strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication.
* Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and accurate note-taking during calls and meetings.
* Collaborate with Account Managers on campaign briefs, forecasts, and planning.
* Apply channel expertise and past learnings to shape effective campaign strategies.
* Expand paid search expertise through ongoing training and development opportunities.
* Support and mentor Account Executives to build team capability and knowledge.
* Demonstrate expertise in Paid Search activation (1+ years’ experience), specifically across Google Ads and Microsoft platforms; experience with SA360 and Campaign Manager is desirable.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of measurement and platform tracking.
* Be highly organized and able to multitask by monitoring multiple campaigns across a range of accounts, including budget setups and tracking, carrying out optimisations in line with client KPIs, and reporting on performance.
* Show strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable next steps and recommendations for client and team.
* Contribute to campaign planning alongside Account Managers using research, insights and learnings to inform the approach.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a client team.
Nice to Have
* Experience with planning tools such as TouchPoints, TGI and YouGov.
* Exposure to broader digital channel planning and activation, and offline channels.
Qualifications
* 1+ years’ paid search activation experience across Google Ads and Microsoft platforms; SA360 and Campaign Manager experience is desirable.
* Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting campaign data to drive actions.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
