We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end upgrade of our current IFS Applications 10 environment to IFS Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of this critical ERP transformation project, working closely with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and IFS consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the IFS upgrade project, from initial scoping and planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, IFS consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Risk & Change Management: Identify potential project risks and manage mitigation strategies while ensuring change management best practices are applied across all business units.
* Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with business process owners to ensure the upgraded system aligns with operational requirements and introduces best-practice improvements available in IFS Cloud.
* Testing & Training Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure adequate training and documentation are delivered for a smooth transition to IFS Cloud.
