We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team, working within the community to support adults with a wide range of needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people\'s lives by promoting independence, wellbeing, and safety in their own homes and communities.
Responsibilities
* Complete holistic assessments of adults with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments.
* Develop and implement person-centred intervention plans to promote independence and reduce risk.
* Recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology.
* Work collaboratively with people of North Lincolnshire, carers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional and legal standards.
* Contribute to safeguarding processes and risk management strategies.
* Promote the principles of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant legislation.

* Car driver
* Qualified Occupational Therapist
