The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4
* Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
* Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams
* Help maintain a calm, safe, and structured learning environment
