About the SEN TA Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time with a group of Reception-aged children, supporting those with ASD and ADHD. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing tailored support to children with diverse needs, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with personal care as needed, maintaining dignity and respect for all students.
• Managing classroom behaviours with a firm but fair approach, remaining calm under pressure.
• Encouraging engagement through outdoor learning and practical activities, promoting curiosity and risk-taking in a safe setting.
Your ability to remain flexible, proactive, and resilient will be key to ensuring the children thrive both academically and socially.

We are looking a Teaching Assistant with:
• Experience working with children with ASD and ADHD in an educational setting.
• A Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to challenges.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
