What You'll Do:
Helping clients solve complex data modeling challenges for financial products, transactions, and regulatory reporting.
Building, testing, and releasing data models for Securities, Derivatives, Commodities, and FX.
Modeling business products with our open-source Rune language and building client solutions using our Rosetta SDK, tools, and code generators.
Owning release planning and management, including documentation and production deployments.
Troubleshooting and resolving client adoption challenges for quick solution deployment.
Engaging with clients and participating in industry working groups.
What you'll need:
A genuine interest in capital markets and financial products, demonstrated through professional experience, academic achievements, or personal activities.
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A proactive approach and a desire to take ownership of tasks and projects.
The ability to effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Experience in software engineering using Java.
Exposure to software engineering processes (including release, deployment, and testing) and methodologies (e.g., Agile and DevOps).
Familiarity with development tools, code repositories, and continuous integration.
A graduate degree in a business or STEM subject.
