Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
In this role, you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. Additionally, you will advise on regulatory projects including Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and the Modern Slavery Act.
The role offers a unique opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking their first in-house position to work with an exceptional legal team on high-quality employment matters.
Qualifications include training and qualification at a top City law firm, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is desirable but not essential.
