Job Title: Lead Clinician - Psychotherapist
Location: Orchard Manor School, Norfolk PE34 3HT
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
The Role
We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Orchard Manor School. The postholder will work with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils who may present with complex profiles of need due to autism and other neurodivergent conditions, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Meeting EHCP targets will be a primary focus, with a target-led approach embedded into our clinical practice. You will coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead the development of the school-based clinical service alongside the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

Location Note
Orchard Manor School forms part of our Options Autism brand and is an independent specialist day school for children and young people aged 4–16.
Essential Criteria
* Degree qualification in a specific discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience as a clinician and leadership/management experience
* Valid professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred)
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
