About the Role
The HSE Coordinator will support the development of the company’s HSE management system, safe systems of work and associated documentation. They will assist with monitoring the application of safe systems within the company and undertakes inspections and audits etc; all aimed at ensuring full compliance with the company management systems and applicable legislation.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct site HSE audits and inspections onsite to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
2. Support incident Investigation process (where applicable)
3. Support Safe system of work review – Risk assessment, BASIX, and associated procedures.
4. Support with COSHH, Noise and HAVS Risk Assessments.
5. Collate and record Safety Observations, Interventions and Start card data and communicate to all departments monthly.
6. Support collation of environmental data to support the organisations goals and objectives. In line with environmental aspects and impacts.
7. Promote workforce engagement in all HSE activities, initiatives, and campaigns.
8. Deploy and collate, weekly, monthly workshop checks (Lifting, overhead crane, Equipment Checks)
9. Collate and produce statutory records as required.
10. Updating electronic systems, Q-Pulse, and IMS.
