What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
* Overseeing the entire tenancy process, you’ll gather tenant references, negotiate and produce contracts and handle checkout bookings.
* You’ll also process move-out reports, deposits, invoices, payments and paperwork.
* Ensuring properties comply with all safety regulations, you’ll organise inspections and arrange any necessary improvement works.
* Oversee reactive and proactive maintenance during tenancies; communicate with landlords and tenants and process contractor invoices for payment.
* You will manage, monitor and assess inventories, and post-move-in records, update the CRM database and handle all aspects of TDS disputes and Nil Deposit claims.
The role will be based at the head office in Birmingham city centre; working 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What you need to succeed
* You will have experience in the property sector, and will proactively strive to meet clients’ needs.
* You will have excellent communication skills and have the drive to establish excellent rapport with our clients & customers.
* You will hold a completed ARLA or equivalent qualification.
* As a diligent and well-organised person, you will be able to thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment and can adapt to meet business needs.
* Are you a well-presented professional with fantastic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems?
