We're recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering strategic procurement initiatives, driving value for money, and supporting organisational growth.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Developing and implementing procurement and category strategies
✔ Leading end-to-end tendering and sourcing activities
✔ Managing supplier relationships and contract performance
✔ Delivering cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Providing expert procurement advice to stakeholders
✔ Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and best practice
✔ Identifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and social value
We're looking for someone with:
🔹 Strong procurement and category management experience
🔹 Knowledge of UK procurement legislation
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
🔹 Experience managing complex tenders and contracts
🔹 A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value
You will be qualified to CIPS level 4 or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of EU and UK public procurement law
