Site Administrator – Construction Project (Edmonton, North London)
Full-Time Preferred | Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week
If you’re the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — who takes pride in being the go-to for getting things done — this could be the role for you.
Engenda Group is proud to be playing a key role in the delivery of a major construction project in Edmonton, North London, as part of the nationally significant North London Heat and Power Project. This once-in-a-generation redevelopment of the Edmonton EcoPark is creating a world-class, sustainable waste management facility — designed to serve over 2 million residents and generate low-carbon heat and power for 127,000 homes.
As Site Administrator, you’ll bring structure and coordination to a busy site office. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting a team that values planned actions, clear communication, and a bit of good humour along the way.
This is a role where your organisation skills will genuinely make a difference. Whether it’s keeping records tight, making sure the right people have the right info, or just helping the day flow better — you’ll be a key part of the team’s success.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing site documentation, including timesheets, delivery records, and health & safety paperwork
* Coordinating meetings, maintaining diaries, and supporting day-to-day scheduling
* Liaising with site partners, suppliers, and internal teams to keep communication clear and timely
* Ensuring compliance with site procedures and maintaining accurate records
* Helping create a well-organised, professional environment that supports the wider team
What’s In It for You
* A consistent schedule – 40 hours/week on site, with some flexibility available where needed
* Direct employment – no agency or umbrella in the middle
* Continuity – Although technically not a permanent job, we should have work available for the next 2 years
* A team that values what you bring – You’ll be part of a professional, well-organised site where your attention to detail and ability to keep things moving won’t go unnoticed
* Purpose in every task – This isn’t just another admin role. You’ll be contributing to one of the UK’s most forward-thinking infrastructure projects — helping deliver cleaner energy and better recycling for over 2 million people in North London
Flexible working
The standard working pattern on site is Monday to Friday, totalling 44 hours per week, with slightly longer days midweek and an early finish on Fridays.
While this is our preferred arrangement, we’re open to discussing alternative working patterns — including 32, 35, or 40-hour weeks — where it makes sense for the role and the project.
