Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, including home and away matchdays, plus any additional hours necessary for duties. Regular evening and weekend work required.
Contractual status: Permanent
Job purpose: To manage all logistical administration at the Senior Training Centre for all staff, including coaches and players.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all stakeholders, promoting well-being while maintaining professional boundaries.
* Manage and communicate team schedules, updates, and changes via platforms like Teamwork’s communication app.
* Prepare and execute match day logistics.
* Update the FA Doping Whereabouts System daily for the First Team.
* Source and book hotels, ground transportation, and flights for team travel, including tours and training camps.
* Ensure all players and staff meet travel entry requirements, including visas and passports.
* Manage the logging and distribution of First Team tickets.
* Act as the club contact for fixtures and travel with the team to away matches.
* Conduct site visits and risk assessments for venues in the UK and overseas.
* Ensure adherence to matchday protocols as per competition rules.
* Provide operational administrative support as needed.
* Assist with budget management alongside the Head of Football Operations.
* Manage squad training incident reporting.
* Coordinate player interviews, media appearances, and press conferences on matchdays.
