We're looking for talented salespeople within the Building Controls (BMS) industry who can accelerate our plans for growth across South West England and Wales.
Joining our team means working on cutting-edge projects that harness the latest technologies and solutions, aimed at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions in buildings.
We have a constant stream of enquiries and tailored development programs to equip you with opportunities and knowledge to succeed.
You will:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive BMS project revenue in your territory.
* Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and building owners to generate leads and opportunities.
* Manage a robust pipeline, delivering on monthly and quarterly targets.
* Collaborate with engineering, project management, and marketing teams for successful project delivery.
* Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and industry insights for continuous improvement.
You have:
* Experience in B2B sales within the Building Management Systems industry.
* A passion for sustainability and intelligent building technology to promote a greener future.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with BMS platforms like Trend, Siemens, or Honeywell (desirable but not essential).
