About The Role
This is a full‑time, field‑based role that manages sales in the South West of England (excluding Wales). The role involves promoting and selling premium Klargester products and delivering exceptional customer service to a range of clients, from homeowners and housebuilders to contractors and national builders' merchants.

What You’ll Do
* Customer engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all distribution network levels.
* Technical expertise: Provide on‑site technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team.
* Sales excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries on‑site and by phone.
* Strategic growth: Build a robust specification programme, control pricing strategies and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
* Collaboration: Foster relationships with internal sales, operations and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service.
* Brand representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
* Compliance and quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
What We’re Looking For
* Hunter and farmer mentality
* Live on territory
* UK driver’s licence
* Knowledge of heavy‑side materials such as insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing or any building envelope product
* Knowledge and contacts within merchants and buying groups
* Proven field‑based sales experience
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills
* Confident and persuasive presentation skills, both to customers and senior stakeholders
* Strategic thinking with the ability to implement effective sales strategies
* A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
